About MyFaceTwins.com
MyFaceTwins.com is an online service that allows our members to search their face twins. Our members can biometrically match their registered face image to other registered members’ and view the results of their top score matches. MyFaceTwins.com is hosted by Optimum Biometric Labs AB and its Partners in Sweden.

We do not accept membership from persons under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the MyFaceTwins.com at any time or in any manner.

Whether you are a "Visitor" or if you wish to become a Member and make use of the MyFaceTwins.com Services, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance. If you do not agree with this Agreement, you should leave the MyFaceTwins.com Website and discontinue use of the MyFaceTwins.com Services immediately.

If you become aware of misuse of the MyFaceTwins.com Services by any User, please click on the "Report Bad Content" link found at any Member's profile.

Privacy. This Terms of Use Agreement also incorporates MyFaceTwins.com Privacy Policy that can found at www.myfacetwins.com/privacypolicy.aspx

Fees. To register and use MyFaceTwins.com is today completely free of charge. However, MyFaceTwins.com reserves the right to charge for the MyFaceTwins.com Services in the future. In this event we will post this information on MyFaceTwins.com or we will notify you in advance.

Face Image Quality Policy. Prior to uploading your face image during your Membership registration, please check the instructions.

User Submissions and Use. By using MyFaceTwins.com Services you warrant that

  • You are 13 years of age or older
  • All registration information you submit is genuine and accurate and you will maintain the accuracy of such information
  • All or any registration information you submit does not attempting to impersonate another Member or person
  • The content you submit is not violence, offensive, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive or contains a link to an adult website
  • The content you submit is not copyrighted, if it is you are the owner of such rights or have the permission from their rightful owner
  • Your use of MyFaceTwins.com Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Your use of MyFaceTwins.com Services is for your personal, noncommercial use
  • You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account
  • You are solely responsible to keep your Membership password secure and you will notify MyFaceTwins.com immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Membership account
  • Although MyFaceTwins.com will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of MyFaceTwins.com or others due to such unauthorized use
MyFaceTwins.com reserve the right to reject or refuse to post or remove any posting by you, or terminate your Membership to MyFaceTwins.com at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

Disclaimers. MyFaceTwins.com is not responsible for any inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable Content posted on the MyFaceTwins.com Website or in connection with the MyFaceTwins.com Services, whether caused by Users of the MyFaceTwins.com Services or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the MyFaceTwins.com Services.

Changes in this Terms of Use. In the event we make any changes to this Agreement we will post these changes on MyFaceTwins.com. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement when you use the MyFaceTwins.com Services after any such modification is posted. It is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.

Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MyFaceTwins.com, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the MyFaceTwins.com Website; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Use; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that one of your User Submissions caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Use and your use of the MyFaceTwins.com Website.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without giving effect to the choice of law principles thereof. Any dispute, controversy or difference arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration tribunal shall be composed of [one/three] arbitrator[s]. The place of the arbitration shall be Stockholm, Sweden. The language to be used in the proceedings shall be Swedish.
